Los Angeles Cornerstone Event (6/11)

On Wednesday, June 11th approximately 100 supporters gathered at the home of Tim Aldrete to honor Point Regent Joe McCormack at the Los Angeles Cornerstone Society event. Joe received the Point Leadership Award for his outstanding and long-term dedication to the mission of Point and its scholars. Joe was the first Chairman of the Board of Trustees, has dedicated countless hours to fundraising and has personally mentored a number of Point Scholars. Guests were treated to speeches by Co-Founders Bruce Lindstrom and Carl Strickland, Executive Director & CEO Jorge Valencia and Point Scholars Joseph Goldman, Jennifer Wohlner and Joe’s most recent mentee, Zach Zyskowski.

A special thank you to Tim Aldrete and Dale Prokupek for underwriting the cost of the reception.
